Weekly Workout (6/25/12 – 7/1/12)

Note: Workouts not completed will be crossed out and workout substitutions and or results will be in red.

Workouts for the Week of June 25: 

Monday 6/25:

  • 3 mi run at NYSC (25:57, 8:39 pace)
  • NTC – Arms (Nike Training Club app) (SO HARD, almost did not get up after each tri push up – 15 min)
  • Core Workout (still on week 2 of the challenge but 16 min completed)

Tuesday 6/26:

  • 4-7 mi run in Central park with Abby/Katie/Beth  (no Beth, wah! ran 6.5mi, 56:07, 8:56 pace)

Wednesday 6/27: I was still sore from Monday’s workouts so I took it easy.

  • NTC – Glutes
  • Core Workout (15 min)
  • Foam Rolled for 30 min

Thursday 6/28:

  • 6-8 mile run (6mi, 56:18, 9:23 avg pace)
  • Core Workout

Friday 6/29: 

  • Rest

Saturday 6/30:

  • 10 mile run (4.5mi, 42:57, 9:24 avg pace)

Sunday 7/1:

  • NYRR Queens 10k  (6.2mi, 54:38, 8:48 avg pace)
  • NTC – Arms (15 min)
  • 10 minute Jump Rope Will have to work on this, I attempted to do this workout but didn’t understand the directions. I suck at jump roping

Total Predicted Miles: 26-32

Actual Miles: 26.2 (weird)

Total Predicted Non-Running Exercise Minutes: 65

Actual Minutes: 61
