  • Rest (its our country’s birthday. We have to celebrate)
  • Kayak (20 min)

Thursday 7/5:

  • 8mi Tempo run (6mi, 56:12, 9:21 avg pace)
  • Core Workout

Friday 7/6: 

  • 10mi run (9.23mi, 1:21:48, 8:51 avg pace)

Saturday 7/7:

  • Rest – Atlantic City (hah, rest)

Sunday 7/8:

  • Rest  – Atlantic City

Actual Miles Ran: 23.4
