Weekly Workout (7/16/12-7/22/12)

I completed my first week on NYCM Training only slightly successful. I am going to have to put in more time and effort towards some of the runs going forward!

Monday 7/16:

  • Cross Train
  • Strength

Tuesday 7/17:

  • AM- 5 mi easy
  • PM- Speedwork – 4 x 800 @ 3:23

Wednesday 7/18:

  • Strength
  • Yoga

Thursday 7/19:

  • 7 mi Tempo – (5 mi @ 8:23)

Friday 7/20:

  • Cross Train
  • Strength

Saturday 7/21:

  • Long Run– 15 mi @ 9:08

Sunday 7/22:

  • Pilates

Weekly Goals

Running Mileage: 26

Workout Minutes: 2 hr 30 min
