NYCM Training – Week 4! I have a wedding this weekend in the Hamptons so I have to shift my workouts around a bit!

Monday 7/30:

  • Rest

Tuesday 7/31:

  • Speedwork – 5 x 1000 @ 4:16 with 400m RI

Wednesday 8/1:

  • Tempo – 6 mi – (3 mi @ 7:50)

Thursday 8/2:

  • Light Cross Train
  • Light Strength

Friday 8/3:

  • Long Run– 20 mi @ 9:23

Saturday 8/4:

  • NTC
  • Wedding (Dancing is exercise)

Sunday 8/5:

  • We will see how I feel
