2012 Running Goals

  • Run a sub-4 marathon (CHECK! NJ Marathon 05/06/12 – 03:58:41)
  • Run a sub-3:58:41 marathon
  • Run a sub-50 min 10k
  • Run a sub-22 min 5k
  • Successfully negative split in a race (Check! Hartford Half Marathon!)
  • Run with friends as much as possible
